A nice big mall located within walking distance from Kyoto station. Has a pet store, arcade, food court and many stores to shop for souvenirs. Also has many restaurants and snacks.

Aeon super market on the first floor, then plenty of shops on the other floors. It's close to Tokyo station.

Nice shopping center. Many food stores. Free 2 hr car park.

Great for shopping at Muji and Uniqlo

Very convenient! When I stay around Kyoto station area, I frequently stop by their super market and 100yen shop!

Strategic location near Kyoto station, the mall is big and strong.

Rather expensive and good luck getting anything in American sizes, but always really fun to visit. Great arcade on the top floor

Great mall with lots of stores that foreigners love like Daiso, MUJI, and Uniqlo. The mall had many tax free stores and there's also a sports outlet. There's a movie theatre I think and the food offering is adequate.

Decent mall but disappointing that there was no aeon department store despite calling aeon mall

Good big mall.. Just few meters away from station . Cinemas on the top floor.. I'd more English cinemas it wood be better

My kind of outlets. It was quiet during the day, but that's expected as everyone else is visiting temples and shrines.

Came here primarily for the food selection and it was pretty decent. Nice space to walk around with lots of things to pick and choose from.

So big mall, so nice for having fun there, many shop included restaurant, pet salon, play station, book store, cinema, and many more.

It is a good place for shopping and taking a break.

Food court offering a normal level of food in a comfortable place not too noisy.Supermarket with interesting selection of food added to a gentle cooperating staff.

Many shops, restaurants of different kinds. I frequented Bic camera, Uniqlo and some restaurants on third or fourth floor...

Huge mall with all the things and btands available....nice time spent there....shopping was fun with lots and lots of brands...plus the food items you can buy.....there was multiple floors ....with clothing food court everything was there...nice mall

The gentrification of the world continues on, unabashed. Aeon is neat and clean, filled with many beige coloured, cookie cutter, me too establishments ready to accept your money. There's carpet and escalators galore and a certain gloss over everything that makes the place feel incredibly tame. There's a McDonald's here, a cinema and a food court - all the things you'd expect with few surprises. Free wifi of course and a supermarket at the bottom - not quite a Gruen factor design but not far from it. A shopping experience best described as safe.

Lively, interesting shopping experience- Ate at Kentucky Fried Chicken -

Large shopping center where you can buy almost everything you need. The staff are really nice and helpful, the process for tax refund is extremely fast and convenient for tourist. They have supermarket, coffee shops, toyrus, uniqlo, many clothes shops with different styles, daiso,... it would be more perfect if they have more Japanese restaurants. It is one of the best malls in Kyoto anyway.

best mall in the area. connected to a large daiso and sports shop. there is also a cinema and relatively normal priced items, not a luxury mall by any means. a great place to hang out/ chill after a long day of sightseeing.

A good selection of stores and restaurants. A nice place to spend an afternoon if you want a break from some of the more tourists locations in Japan.

Aeon mall never fails to surprise me with the varieties of goods one can buy. Great shopping place.

Decent shopping mall with enough selection of stores but mostly clothing. Top level is for games and food court.

I really enjoy the dollar stores at aeon mall. They jave some cool stuff that woukd sell at a store in the US easily. Some atuff like phone syands for the aircraft so you dont have to hold your cell phone for the whole trip. You get the idea.

A great mall that is walking distance from Kyoto station. Items are well priced and if you are lucky, can find some really good bargains at Zara and ABC Mart. Also worth visiting the supermarket on the ground floor and checking out the virtual reality games on the 4th floor.

Convenient place to shop and have a cup of tea located opposite the Kyoto railway station
